PulpBrain
PulpBrain integrates Raman spectroscopy with machine learning to non-destructively analyze and predict the structural and chemical properties of pulp fibers. Our recent publication in ACS Analytical Chemistry demonstrates how this approach enables rapid assessments of pulp quality, facilitating improved process optimization in the pulp and paper industry

EPD-iSCAT
Electrophoretic Deposition Interferometric Scattering Microscopy (EPD-iSCAT) is an advanced label-free imaging technique that enhances traditional iSCAT by applying an electric potential to an indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated coverslip. This electric field electrophoretically drives charged nanoparticles toward the imaging surface, enabling controlled deposition and real-time visualization of individual particles, thereby improving the sensitivity and temporal resolution of nanoparticle detection.

SaS Entangled Photon Pairs
This project explores the generation of correlated photon pairs through Raman scattering, where a Stokes photon and an anti-Stokes photon are produced via interactions with vibrational modes in a material. Such processes are of interest for their potential applications in quantum optics and information processing.
