Education
Sep. 2021 - Present
Ph.D.
University of British Columbia (UBC)
During my graduate study, as a Ph.D. candidate, I joined Dr. E. Grant's research group. Under his supervision, I am going to work on developing multivariate analysis methods for Raman Spectroscopy data of wood pulp to wonderfully predict paper products' features in a very short time. Right now, this process is a time-consuming and labor-demanding step in the pulp industry.

Experience
Roles & Responsibilities
March 2020 - Sep 2021
Research Assistant
As an undergraduate student joined the Chemometrics research group and trailblazed the human metabolomics studies in the group while studied the application of a recently developed data analysis method to discriminate H-NMR spectra of cancerous and healthy blood samples
Mar. 2020 - Jul. 2020
Teaching Assistant
TA of Fundamentals of Analytical Chemistry course
Taught " Applications of Microsoft Excel in Analytical Chemistry", prepared and assessed practice exercises
May 2018 - May 2019
Leader,
Scientific Association
With my counsel and the effort that my team made, we managed to execute scientific presentations in novel aspects of chemistry such as Neuroscience and Directed Evolution of Enzymes, and also had a new series of presentation which would introduce research groups to B.Sc. students inspiring them for a research project. In addition, industrial visits
and traditional ceremonies were held.
May 2017 - May 2018
In the role of Public Relations, accomplished to connect students to their union.
Member, Student Union
